These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and win4u governing your access to and use of the win4u platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
By registering an account or using any win4u service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You must be at least 21 years of age to use win4u.

You must be 21 years of age or older. One account per person. Employees of win4u and related entities are excluded from player participation.
Funds must be deposited from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before first processing.
You are responsible for all activity under your win4u account. Do not share credentials. win4u will never ask for your password via any channel.
All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension and forfeiture.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
Deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools are available to all win4u players at any time via account settings. 21+ only.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the win4u Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any product-specific rules, bonus terms, and the win4u Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and win4u. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 win4u reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Important: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to open an Account and use any win4u service. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.1 To access win4u's services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including a valid email address, full legal name, and date of birth.
3.2 You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. win4u reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds therein handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
3.3 Only one Account is permitted per individual. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any Balances or Bonus Funds associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
3.4 The following persons are not eligible to hold a win4u Account:
3.5 win4u reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these to any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all Bets placed and all deposits or withdrawals initiated, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you or not, subject to Clause 4.3 below.
4.3 If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify win4u immediately via the 24/7 live chat support function on the Platform. win4u will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon verified notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 win4u staff will never contact you to request your password or full payment details. Any communication purporting to be from win4u that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4.5 You must ensure that your registered contact details, including email address, remain accurate and current at all times. win4u will communicate Account notices to the email address on file.
5.1 Deposits to your win4u Account must be made using payment methods accepted on the Platform at the time of transaction, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and bank transfers from major Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, among others.
5.2 All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. win4u reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a deposit payment method belongs to the Account holder.
5.3 win4u does not accept deposits made for the purpose of money storage without gaming activity. Deposits not followed by proportionate wagering activity may be investigated under win4u's anti-money laundering procedures.
5.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method.
5.5 win4u is not responsible for any delays in funds appearing in your Account caused by the payment provider, financial institution, or network congestion. Processing times are estimates only.
6.1 Withdrawals from your win4u Account will be processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in your own name. win4u does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.2 Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the win4u KYC verification process by submitting valid identity documentation (MyKad for Malaysian nationals, or a current passport for non-nationals) via the account settings panel. KYC documentation is reviewed within 24 working hours of submission.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the following timeframes from approval: e-wallet withdrawals within 1–2 business hours; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business days. These are target timeframes and not guarantees.
6.4 win4u reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal triggers anti-money laundering review thresholds. Withdrawal requests under active review will be placed on hold pending resolution.
6.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have met applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds or circumvent wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the relevant funds.
7.1 win4u may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.
7.2 Bonuses are issued for recreational use only. win4u reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer, and to withhold or void bonus awards where abuse is detected, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus, matched betting using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
7.3 General wagering requirements: unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain games (e.g., baccarat Tie bets, certain low-RTP side bets) may not count toward wagering requirements. The applicable exclusions are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
7.4 win4u reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds from an Account if, in its reasonable judgment, the Account holder has exploited the bonus in bad faith.
8.1 Bets placed on the win4u sportsbook are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform for each sport and market type. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail for that market.
8.2 All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out function and you elect to use it prior to the relevant event's conclusion.
8.3 win4u reserves the right to void any Bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to human error, technical error, or data feed failure. Where a Bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Balance.
8.4 Maximum payout limits per event and per betting category apply. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market. win4u reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any Player on any market without providing a reason.
8.5 In-play betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time. win4u accepts no responsibility for Bets placed on temporarily incorrect odds due to data latency, provided that the error is corrected within a reasonable period and the Player is notified.
9.1 Casino games available on the win4u Platform — including live dealer games, RNG table games, and slots — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing any bet.
9.2 RNG-based games (including virtual table games and slot titles) use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
9.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (dealing of cards, spinning of the roulette wheel) in real-time and are not subject to software influence by win4u. win4u is not responsible for connectivity issues that may interrupt a live dealer game session.
9.4 In the event of a game malfunction, connection failure, or technical error, win4u's resolution will be guided by the last verifiable game state before the malfunction. Bets affected by confirmed technical malfunctions may be voided and stakes returned, at win4u's discretion.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win4u Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and potential reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

12.1 All content on the win4u Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, data, text, layout, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to win4u and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 No licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any win4u content is granted to Players. Unauthorised use of win4u intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
12.3 Players may not use any web-scraping, data-mining, or automated extraction tool to collect data from the Platform for commercial or competitive purposes.
13.1 win4u provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win4u's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.
13.3 win4u is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits win4u's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 win4u reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where required by regulatory obligations.
14.2 Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigations.
14.3 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting the win4u support team via live chat. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Any real-money Balance at the time of closure is subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
14.4 Accounts associated with self-exclusion requests will remain closed for the duration of the exclusion period and will not be reactivated under any circumstances until that period has fully elapsed.
15.1 win4u may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, win4u will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address before the revised Terms take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance before the amendment's effective date.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the win4u Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win4u holds its international gaming authority license.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and win4u, you should first contact the win4u support team via the 24/7 live chat function to seek an informal resolution. win4u aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by win4u's licensing authority in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
16.4 Malaysian players acknowledge that they are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their local jurisdiction. win4u accepts no responsibility for a Player's non-compliance with applicable local laws.
